Writer, literary critic, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor, WUA member since 1995

Born in 1939, September 2, in Yerevan.
A graduate of Yerevan State University, the department of Philology. She worked in state press. She has been working in the State University as a head of post-graduate section since 1960 and as a senior lecturer at Philology department since 1970. L Balagyan is an Artists’ Union member. Her works were periodically published in state literary press. She lectures at ‘Interlingua’ University of Linguistics.
