AKHTYAN MICHAEL
Poet, translator, WUA member since 2002
Born in 1938, in Daghet-Khachen Armenian populated village, Tetritsgharo
district, Georgia.
His works were published in Georgia as well as in Armenia. He is the author
of more than a dozen poetry collections. His poems were translated into
Russian, Georgian, Uktrainian. M. Akhtyan himself has translated poems
of great Georgian poets. He lives in Yerevan.
