Journalist, writer, translator, WUA member since 2004


Born in 1926, April 30, in Dubinka village, Krasnodar Area, Russia.
A graduate of Yerevan State Institute of Foreign Languages after V Bryusov. She worked at several publishing houses of TV and Radio state committee and was the WUA administrative head. She is an author of numerous programs about Armenian and foreign cinema workers and several documentary films ('Tsaghkadzor', 'Votnaman'), interviews, notes, which were periodically published in state literary press.
G. Achemyan is a JU member.
